My friends always say that I am very social and that I like being in the presence of people. Well, I can say that they are definitely true. Main TASKS AND GOALS in PBS INDIA My main responsibility is to establish and create sales opportunities for PBS products (aircraft engines, auxiliary power units, environmental control systems and cryogenics products) in the Indian aerospace and defence market. Expand and enhance the presence of PBS products in various Indian A&D projects, liaise and coordinate with Indian A&D customer organizations and to grow revenue for the new PBS INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED company. THE BEST about PBS INDIA so far Creation of PBS INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED company with a strong product profile in the most lucrative aerospace and defence market is the best thing itself. THE BEST about India India is a country with diverse culture, different religious beliefs, languages, landscapes and cuisine. Always stands apart and attracts people from all over the world. This aspect is very interesting. Other than above, India in the present time is one of the upcoming large economies with huge opportunities across different industries. With the government opening up the domestic market and initiating pro-business policies, makes India an attractive market. FAVOURITE PBS PRODUCT My favourite PBS Product has to be jet engines. I have been in the aerospace & defense industry for the last 15 years and have been exposed to all systems and subsystems of an aircraft. And out of them propulsion has been one very complex system and the most important one. Being able to involve in business aspects of this product is a very interesting part for me. BIGGEST ACHIEVEMENT in your career Introducing a flight test instrumentation product in ADA-HAL and closing the sale deal and making this product subsequently as standard and reference in the Indian market. Each and every Indian flight test program for fixed and rotary wing now uses this onboard flight test product. Favourite WASTE OF TIME Listen to old pop songs or to watch FRIENDS TV series and relax. Most treasured MEMORY I use to play badminton and I won my first state-level badminton championship after training and trying for 3 years. That was the most treasured moment for me. This led me to play for the national championships. Favourite BOOK, MOVIE, THING, … Watching the show of Conan O'Brien. Favourite PLACE My favourite place has to be Nice in France. Spending time along the blue waters of the Mediterranean Sea.
