PBS TJ40-G1 Turbojet Engine

The PBS TJ40 is a turbojet engine designed and manufactured for UAV systems, such as target drones and decoy drones, (which are used to confuse enemy air defenses) and small reconnaissance drones. Its main advantages are its low weight of 3.3 kg and its power thrust of 395 N. The PBS TJ40-G1 jet engine is a single-shaft engine with a one-stage radial compressor, radial and axial diffuser, annular combustion chamber, one-stage axial turbine and outlet nozzle. The output of the generator is 150 W.

The PBS TJ40-G1 turbojet engine was the recipient of a prestigious (Golden IDET 2015) award at the IDET exhibition in 2015.


Standard specification included: Fuel Pump and Filter, Engine Control Unit(ECU), Connecting Cables, Fuel Hose, Data Terminal, Battery (4s Li-Fe - 2,5 Ah), CAN Connector
