Auxiliary Power Units are used in aeroplanes and helicopters where they serve as a source of electrical power to the electrical systems on the aircraft before the main jet engines begin to run. They supply electrical power to the aircraft’s onboard systems, for the purpose of starting the main engines and for supplying other onboard systems such as the air conditioning units.

Safir 5K/G-MI

The Auxiliary Power Unit Safir 5K/G-MI is designed to supply air to engine starters and environmental control systems, to drive the AC generator and to supply power to the hydraulic systems. It also features a dual speed sensor, exhaust gas temperature sensor, oil and fuel gauges and warning sensors which highlight filter contamination and low oil levels. Other features include a number of instruments/gauges which show the APU’s parameters and digital signals from the control box RS422 serial interface.

PBS APU SPARK40

The Auxiliary Power Unit PBS APU SPARK40 is used for starting the main engines using air pressure. It provides an independent source of electric power and air source for the air-conditioning system. This APU also provides a number of additional potential applications. It features a dual speed sensor, exhaust gas temperature sensor, oil and fuel gauges and warning sensors which highlight filter contamination and low oil levels. Additional features include a number of instruments/gauges which show the APU’s parameters and digital signals from the control box RS422 serial interface, along with operation parameters and failures.

Safir5K/G MIS

The Auxiliary Power Unit Safir 5K/G-MIS has been designed for the purpose of starting the main engines using compressed air and it provides an independent source of electric power and air source to the air conditioning systems. The Safir 5K/G-MIS Auxiliary Power Unit’s design allows for the supply of air used for starting the main engines to be used in the air conditioning systems and to drive the DC starter-generator.

Safir 5K/G Z8

The Auxiliary Power Unit Safir 5K/G-Z8 is permitted to be used in civil aviation applications all around the world. This certification guarantees manufacturers and operators that the unit can be used, installed and operated in civil aviation applications without any additional certification necessary. The Safir 5K/G-Z8 has passed the certification processes, has ETSO Authorization from the European Aviation Safety Agency (EASA) and also holds CAAC certification.
