PBS has signed a Memorandum of Understanding with Ivchenko-Progress SE
 
Czech company Prvni brnenska strojirna Velka Bites, a.s. (PBS), a well-known Czech company specializing in R&D and production of turbine power units and aerospace equipment, and Ivchenko-Progress SE, a renowned Ukrainian state enterprise specializing in the design and development of aircraft engines, have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) on strategic cooperation at the Paris Air Show, held at Paris-Le Bourget Airport, France.

The agreement aims to establish a framework for commercial, development, and production cooperation on the new AI-PBS-350 3,400 N turbojet, which will be a joint product of PBS and Ivchenko- Progress SE and will be available to customers from mid-2023. The agreement also includes an extended cooperation agreement to identify new joint commercial and development projects in the aerospace, defence, and energy industries.
The signing of the MoU with Ivchenko-Progress SE is part of the ongoing development of cooperation with Ukrainian companies, which is mutually beneficial and is aimed at long-term cooperation in the future.

(PBS) is a member of PBS GROUP, a.s. – a stable and innovative engineering company that has been active in the field of high-precision engineering for over 200 years.
